Our simple online construction project intake form captures the contact information for the Homeowner and Contractor, a brief description of the project, details for each of your milestones and associated costs to be paid out upon satisfactory completion.
Contractor & Homeowner Sign the Agreements Online
Both the Homeowner and Contractor will receive an invitation to sign our customized Agreement(s) that will detail the project milestones and funds to be released upon your approval.
Homeowner Deposit Funds into our Secure Trust Account
Once the Agreement is signed, the Homeowner will electronically transfer funds to our lawyer’s trust account.
Funds are Released As Milestones are Approved
Upon completion of each milestone, the funds will be released to the Contractor.
