Enrol Online
Complete our simple online construction project intake form: Enter the contact information for the Homeowner and Contractor, a brief description of your project, the details for each of your milestones and associated costs to be paid out upon satisfactory completion of the project.
If you have already entered into a construction contract with the contractor, then submit it on our website.Sign the Agreements Online
Both the Homeowner and Contractor will receive an invitation to sign our customized Agreement(s) that will detail the project milestones and funds to be released upon your approval.
Deposit Funds into our Secure Trust Account
Once the Agreements are executed, the Homeowner will electronically transfer funds to our lawyer’s trust account only to be released once you are satisfied.
Approve Completed Milestones & Release Funds
Upon completion of each milestone to your satisfaction, the funds will be released to the Contractor.
